NLCA bids farewell to outgoing board members and welcomes new board members
It is with fond memories and good wishes that NLCA bids farewell to our three board members rotating off the NLCA board of directors. Sylvia Edwards (our first president), Teresa McCullen (whose wise counsel we so much appreciated), and Olga Garcia Gomez (so much a part of our Center for Lactation Equity) have been a vital part of NLCA’s operations and successes. We wish them well in their future endeavors.

NLCA is so pleased to welcome four new members onto the board of directors: Kimberly Welvaert, Chair of the Education Committee; Tenise Hordge, Chair of the Fundraising Committee; Tinika Christopher, member of the Center for Lactation Equity; and Danielle Tropea, Social Media Chair. They bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and expertise to NLCA and we feel so fortunate to be working with such dedicated and enthusiastic professionals. Welcome to the NLCA family!
